If you must cancel, security deposit refund may be obtained with 14 day notice for weekly tenants, and 90 day notice for monthly tenants. All cancellations subject to $50. service fee.

CHECK-IN time is between 2 p.m. & 5 p.m. CHECK-OUT time is 10 a.m., and strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be charged $40. for 1 Bedroom, $50. for 2 Bedrooms, and $60. for 3 Bedrooms.
Office closes at 5 p.m. Late arrivals must notify office.
All rates, including maid fees, subject to Florida sales and resort tax.
